There’s a brand new superhero in town - and he means business. Meet the hyper-daring, hyper-caring Captain Mack.
Based at Sky Rocket Control, tucked away high in the mountains, Captain Mack and his engineer Samson (who happens to be a monkey) keep a watchful eye over world events, paying particular attention to the residents of Sunshine City. He'll zip to the rescue in one of his Sky Rockets to solve any puzzle, right any wrong or avert any disaster which might arise!
Captain Mack has three Sky Rockets - each is a different colour and each has different qualities. The blue one hovers and has a winch, the red one is amazingly fast and the yellow one is stuffed full of gadgets!
Sunshine City is a bright, colourful clean and cheeful inhabited by some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Watch out for Yolanda Yummy (cook), Peter Patent (inventor),
Fineas Fixit (odd job man) and Dr Quack (GP) to name but a few!
But Sunshine City also has more than its fair share of naughty people. Watch out for:
Tracy is addicted to playing practical jokes! She'll insist that she's only having fun, but is the first to panic when her gags go wrong. She might look charming and innocent with her beaming smile, but she's forever on the look out for tricks to play! She’s not deliberately mean - she just doesn’t understand that because she’s having fun doesn’t mean that everyone else is.
Marty doesn’t mean to cause trouble - it’s just that he has an irresistible desire to poke his nose in! He just loves to meddle. whether it's Peter Patent’s inventions or Camilla Devine’s latest artwork. Despite the fact that he’s been told over and over again to keep his hands to himself, he just can’t help it! And usually with catastrophic results! Marty is hugely over-confident, and thinks he knows it all. In reality he's forgetful, clumsy and careless. And whenever he’s in one of his meddling moods, it's not long until disaster strikes...
Grabby is greedy - especially if he sees something he likes, and he likes so many things! Toys, clothes, food, useful gadgets... he’s even got his eyes on Captain Mack’s Sky Rockets! He'll attempts to justify his outrageous behaviour by either claiming to be borrowing something or having a “collection” of whatever it is he’s after. Grabby wears a bright orange bowler hat and tails and swaggers around Sunshine City as though he owns it all! One of his hands is a big, crab-like pincer which snaps excitedly whenever he sees something he wants!
These people all lack self control and just can't control their behaviour! And while they never set out to be mischievous, just can't resist temptation. Luckily Captain Mack is always on call to right whatever might go wrong. Any time, any place, anywhere!
